This Privacy Policy explains how Elarge LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the StilUp mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account information

• Name, email address, and password (stored as a hashed value).
• Profile preferences (e.g., gender, style preferences, sizing) that you choose to provide.

1.2 Closet and outfit data

• Photos of clothing items you upload to your virtual closet.
• Metadata about items (category, color, brand, season, tags, notes).
• Outfit suggestions generated for you, your feedback (liked, worn, disliked), and occasion history.

1.3 Device and usage data

• Device type, operating system, app version, and language.
• Approximate location (city/region) used solely to fetch local weather; we do not store precise GPS coordinates unless you explicitly share them.
• Log data such as access times, crash reports, and feature usage to improve the Service.

1.4 Subscription and purchase data

Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed exclusively by Apple (App Store) and Google (Google Play). We receive transaction identifiers, product IDs, purchase status, renewal/expiry dates, and refund signals from these platforms in order to grant and maintain access to paid features. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and maintain your account and authenticate you.
• To generate personalized outfit recommendations based on your closet, weather, and occasion inputs.
• To produce outfit preview images using AI image-generation services.
• To verify and manage subscriptions, credits, and refunds.
• To improve the Service, debug issues, and prevent abuse or fraud.
• To communicate with you about your account, security, or material changes to the Service.

3. AI Processing of Closet Photos

The Service uses third-party AI providers to analyze and generate outfit imagery. When you upload a clothing photo or request an outfit image, the relevant content may be transmitted to these providers solely for the purpose of producing the requested result. We instruct providers not to use your content to train their models where such an option is contractually available. Generated images and analysis results are stored in your account.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Service providers that host our infrastructure, deliver email, run AI inference, generate images, and process subscription receipts (including Apple and Google).
• Weather providers that receive only your approximate location to return forecast data.
• Legal and safety recipients when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of users or the public.
• Business transfers: if Elarge LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your data may be transferred subject to this Policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we permanently delete your closet items, outfit history, and profile within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., tax records for subscription transactions) or for legitimate fraud-prevention purposes.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can:

• Edit profile and closet data directly inside the app.
• Request a copy of your data or account deletion by emailing office.elarge@gmail.com.
• Manage subscription auto-renewal in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us so we can remove it.

8. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please use a strong, unique password and notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.

9. International Transfers

Elarge LLC operates from the Republic of Azerbaijan. Your data may be processed in countries with different data-protection laws than your own. By using the Service, you consent to such transfers, carried out under appropriate safeguards.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
